We’ve tried many types of low carb pizza crusts and sure, there were quite a few tasty options among them, but nothing has won us over quite like this pork rind pizza crust! It’s full of savory flavors that take any keto pizza over the top.
We used Pork King Good pork rind crumbs (so tasty and already seasoned!) or you can create your own by pulsing some pork rinds in a food processor. From there, you can customize your pie with any toppings you desire, or just keep it simple with classic cheese and pepperoni — you decide!
