Ken and I decided to get together today and discuss the proper human diet (keto) as a component of a prepared lifestyle.  We discuss far more than weight loss today, we focus mostly on reversing and elimination of chronic modern illnesses.

Personally since switching to a keto diet in August of 2019 I have lost over 65 pounds.  More over I have reversed pre diabetes, metabolic syndrome and according to many folks I look 10 years younger.  Ken experienced a similar transition when he found this way of eating quite a few years ago and he will tell that story today.

We also cover how to manage food storage when you are not living on rice and beans.  Homesteading with keto in mind.  The role of animals in homestead systems that support the proper human diet and more.
